An Italian retreat center was looking for a
strategic overhaul & hands-on help
The Aia is an enchanting agriturismo bed and breakfast nestled in Italy, where Italian culture harmonizes with American service excellence. As summer approached, The Aia faced the challenge of fully booking their retreats and sought a partner to create and implement a robust marketing strategy.
An all-inclusive retreat center with an onsite farm-to-table restaurant, our team couldn’t wait to roll up our sleeves and dive in to help Giulia a way to spread the word about The Aia.
THE CHALLENGE:
Giulia, the owner of The Aia, juggled multiple roles, from business management to client relations to content creation. Without a dedicated marketing team or a clear strategy, The Aia needed a comprehensive overhaul that included strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
As an established business with considerable website traffic, the main focus was on converting website visitors into satisfied guests. The goal was to boost summer bookings, enhance the appeal of The Aia as a destination bed & breakfast, and cultivate a reputation as an all-inclusive retreat center.
THE SOLUTION:
Our approach began with a thorough website and marketing audit, which served as the foundation for subsequent initiatives. We embarked on a complete website overhaul, revamping the design, content, online booking, and event calendar.
Next up was content creation, which included a 25-page guidebook to Puglia, automated email funnels, as well as numerous blogs, monthly newsletters, and social media templates that could be used throughout the season. Collaboratively, our team provided Giulia with strategic insights and hands-on support, alleviating the guesswork and overwhelm associated with business growth. In just three months, we completely revitalized The Aia's marketing efforts.
Beyond the website and marketing deliverables, we also assisted The Aia in implementing new business systems, policy & procedure development, online booking & payment system implementation, and we played a pivotal role in recruiting and training an internal team to ensure sustained marketing success.
