A fundraising team that delivers results
needed their brand to do the same.
Affinity Connection is a fraternity fundraising organization and direct marketing firm that specializes in creating deep, meaningful connections between individuals and the organizations they care about. They were in need of a brand refresh and website overhaul however due to their increasingly busy schedules and ongoing client work, needed to find the right partner to help them create an online presence that reflected who they are and the value they bring to their clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
With decades of experience helping clients foster community and raise millions for their organizations, Affinity was in need of a streamlined way to showcase that knowledge and experience. We created a multi-channel user experience that ranged from the website, to social media, email marketing and even webinars.
The blogs, automated email funnels, and in-depth educational resources we created had the goal of connecting with more clients through consistent, thoughtful communication. Working together for over a year, we are proud of the marketing deliverables and results we were able to produce together!

We helped Affinity come up with a fresh new look with logo consulting, colors, imagery, and typography. Once we nailed the look and feel, we worked to make sure all of their website and marketing materials were updated for brand consistency.

Our team worked their magic with clean, modern page layouts that not only catch the eye but also guide visitors effortlessly. We sprinkled in strategic calls-to-action throughout to drive engagement and conversions. Plus, we whipped up some sleek online forms, making it a breeze for users to connect. And for that extra oomph, we designed sales-specific landing pages that are as irresistible as they are effective.

As an extension of the Affinity Marketing Team, we worked with the CEO and marketing department to create a strategic vision as well as ongoing training for their staff.

To help Affinity connect with their clients and fans, we set up an email marketing strategy that included contact segmentation and regular monthly newsletters in addition to email automation and multiple sales nurture sequences.

To help Affinity Connection explain their process and help provide value to current and potential clients, we created a robust ebook. We supported the launch of the ebook with an automated email funnel to drive lead gen.
For enhanced lead gen efforts, we created and launched an evergreen webinar video and presentation deck to help shine a light on the importance of fundraising for Greek Life and to serve as part of their new customer acquisition funnel.
