I was recently having a conversation with a good friend who just launched her own business. I NEVER would have survived my first month, let alone my first year without my “Dream Team.” As we chatted about the ups and downs of starting your own business I remembered those first few months.
Here is what I have learned: with the right plan, the right people, a little (or a lot) of patience, and some persistence you can achieve more than you ever imagined for your business.
